Studio lighting kits?

In your opinion, what is the best kind of brand studio lighting kit for a simple small studio? Smith Victor, Interfit Photoflex (or other brands that you suggest), so if you have any suggestions on the site where I can buy a light kit decent price that would be great. Thank you all!

I use the video for Altman 750w lamps in a shop in the theater. They are lights hot and they are 3200k. I use them for the photo too … There were about 400 for a pair. Much power and they are so that you can Fresnel adjust from Spotlight wider (softer). Pretty nifty. Check www.tythaartist.com on the right side of the section of Flickr. I also use one day six banks fluorescent light ebay. I bought it from Amvona, but I'm sure other brands are just as good. If you want to continuously make sure bulbs that have a high CRI for the right color. For photo, I use a Canon flash 580ex2. I do not softboxes in my collection but I course these brands are very good, but again I have seen a good DIY lighting kits as well .. It's more about how you use it. Go flicker-free and high CRI and you should be fine.
